Client was Sentenced to 30 Years in FL State Prison for Violating Probation-Sentence Vacated and Client Re-Sentenced to 10 Months

Polk County- After being sentenced to prison for 30 years on a violation of probation, the Defendant hired the MHK Legal. We discovered that the Defendant's trial counsel advised him to reject a 10 month plea offer because the sentence would run consecutive to a 5 year prison sentence in another county.
